Where are you located?

We proudly make all our items here in the USA. Our offices are located in sunny south Florida. 2040 Grant Street Hollywood FL 33020

I need my products ASAP. Do you offer RUSH services?

Yes, we certainly can!

However, considering all our items are custom handmade to order, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our products are made in the order in which they are placed in so if you wish to skip to the top of the production line/queue, there may be a higher price to pay. RUSH FEES are determined on a case by case basis.

By default, we ship via UPS Ground as that is the most economical shipping method but it takes about 4-7 business days.

If you wish to receive your items faster, there is OVERNIGHT Next-Day Shipping available but it's a lot more expensive. Depending on where they are going and considering these are fairly large boxes, the fee is usually ~$120+ per box.

Do you offer financing/payment plans?

Yes. We offer 3 payment options

  1. Full Retail Price
  2. Subscribe to our Monthly Service Plan which serves as a full-coverage warranty plan should your items accidentally break
  3. Check-out with Shop Pay which allows you to break the full retail price into monthly installments. (Subject to credit approval - Learn more here.)
What's the warranty?

All our products come with a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty. DOES NOT cover accidental damage such as water damage, drops, cracks, or other negligent usage. Repairs are available, just give us a call or email info@hypemakerz.com

Do you offer customization? How do I put my logo?

Our entire line of products are 100% fully customizable. On the product page, you can upload your logo and choose from the over 20+ different template designs
