How much does the Monthly Lease Service cost?
Leases start from $75/mo and the exact rate depends on the size, shape, and customization of your sign. Because every venue is different, we don’t use fixed plan tiers — your rep gives you a number tailored to your budget when you request a quote.
Is there a long-term contract or minimum term?
No long-term lock-in. You can cancel and simply return the sign — there’s no early-termination fee. If you decide to keep it, your rep can work out buying it outright.
What happens if my leased sign stops working?
Service and replacement are part of every MLS agreement. If a sign fails, we repair or replace it so your venue is never left with a dark sign during business hours.
Can I change my sign’s design while leasing?
Yes. Your lease includes a design swap each quarter, so you can update the artwork for a new season, event, or promotion. Additional swaps beyond that can be arranged with your rep.
