1. Production time (not shipping time)
All Hypemakerz products are custom-made to order. Production times vary by product and complexity and are separate from shipping transit times. Any production or delivery estimates provided are non-binding estimates, not guarantees. Production begins shortly after purchase and cannot be paused, canceled, or refunded once started.
2. Shipping methods & carriers
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight providers). Carrier selection, service level, and routing are determined by Hypemakerz unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Hypemakerz no longer controls delivery and carrier policies apply.
3. Risk of loss & title transfer
All risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order leaves our facility. This includes lost packages, delayed deliveries, shipping damage, and theft after delivery. Hypemakerz is not responsible for carrier-related issues.
4. Shipping damage claims (strict deadlines)
If your package arrives damaged you must notify Hypemakerz within 48 hours of delivery, retain all original packaging, and provide clear photo and/or video evidence. Failure to meet these requirements voids any shipping-related claim. Carrier claims are handled at Hypemakerz’s discretion and may require customer cooperation.
5. Incorrect addresses & delivery failures
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hypemakerz is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages due to address errors. Reshipment costs, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping delays
Hypemakerz is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, acts of God, labor disruptions, peak shipping periods, or government actions. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
7. International shipping (if applicable)
For international orders the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Hypemakerz does not guarantee customs clearance timelines. Refused or abandoned shipments are non-refundable.
8. No shipping-based refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delays, carrier errors, or delivery issues do not void the custom, final-sale nature of Hypemakerz products.
9. Customer responsibility upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product immediately, proper handling and storage, and safe use in venue environments. Damage occurring after delivery is not covered under shipping or warranty policies.
