All Hypemakerz products are custom hand-made to order and often include personalized logos or branding.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated and work begins immediately. There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom products.
For customers enrolled in the Monthly Lease Service (MLS), the subscription may be canceled at any time; however:
- Cancellation applies to future billing only
- Previously paid fees are non-refundable
- Coverage ends immediately upon cancellation
