Our entire line is 100% fully customizable. On each product page you can upload your logo and choose from 20+ template designs. Want something more bespoke? Email info@hypemakerz.com and we’ll send over Photoshop template files.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — three options: (1) pay the full retail price, (2) subscribe to our Monthly Service Plan, which doubles as a full-coverage warranty if an item ever breaks, or (3) check out with Shop Pay to split the price into monthly installments (subject to credit approval).

What’s the warranty?

Every product includes a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. It does not cover accidental damage (water, drops, cracks, or negligent use). Repairs are available for a fee — email info@hypemakerz.com with photos/video of the item for a quote.

I need it ASAP — do you offer rush service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Since every item is custom, handmade to order, we build in the order received — but we’ll do our best to accommodate. Standard orders ship UPS Ground (about 4–7 business days); Overnight Next-Day is available (typically ~$120+ per box). Rush fees are quoted case by case — call or text +1 (888) 426-4973.

I lost my charger — how do I get a replacement?
